This young man is a running standout attending Stony Point H.S., competing in highly regarded 6A play in the Greater Austin Area. Willie competes in 1,500m, 800m, and Triple Jump events. As a sophomore this year, Willie looks to continue to dominate in his events after qualifying for Regionals last year while only a freshman. On the ultra-competitive Club/AAU circuit, he runs with the Central Texas Wolves and finished in 9th Place nationally in the 2,000m Steeple Chase. As a senior, he has shone brightly by hitting new PR's in the 1,500m, 800m, and Triple Jump. Showing tremendous athleticism while still an underclassman, to say Willie is a young man to keep a close eye on these next few years at SPHS and with his Central Texas Wolves squad would be a tremendous understatement!Senior Accolades
