College Promoters USA provides professional marketing, nationwide exposure, video production & support, and personal, one-on-one guidance for every athlete we have the privilege of representing through their entire high school career.

Our hands-on and one-of-a-kind system includes national exposure (and even international when requested!) via the College Promoters USA website at www.CollegePromotersUSA.com. This includes the creation, hosting & total management of the student-athlete's interactive online Recruiting Profile, with unlimited updates along the way, plus the unlimited creation of professional, embedded online videos that are always edited right here in-house by our video production team as many times as necessary throughout the entire recruiting process. REMEMBER: Online video is the first thing a college coach will generally see when being introduced to a new athlete for the first time. The video, and the entire "online representation" of the athlete, should be as professional and well produced as could possibly be and should continue to evolve and be rebuilt as needed ongoingly throughout the entire recruiting process. We generally create upwards of 4-5 video productions for each student-athlete throughout the course of our program. 

Personal & Hands-on Approach

Once the very best "online representation" of your student-athlete is up with the best possible video production embedded right into it, we then begin approaching college coaches and programs with personalized and direct e-mails specifically about your athlete through our "Recruiting 101" Campaign System. Our campaigns are crafted here in-house and are customized to be directed only at coaches/programs of choice to your student-athlete and are always built straight from the hands of our recruiting professionals. Our work is not done purely through some generic "mass e-mail" system! We pride ourselves on our personal and hands-on approach to working with you and your athlete, as well as our direct contacts and communication with coaches at the next level in all sports throughout many methods of communication.

Our staff regularly engages in follow-ups and direct phone conversations with college coaches and recruiting coordinators on your athlete's behalf as well. Our custom campaigns launch consistently throughout the entire process together, and most importantly, are also utilized ahead of key club/select/AAU tournaments to let coaches know where your student-athlete can be found in the midst of all others at your well scouted & highly attended club events. Also from the football side, in front of the big camp/combine season as well. It's full-scale marketing with a specific, custom approach that's PURELY about the student-athlete in question. This isn't about "us" and we don't make this about "College Promoters." This is about your student-athlete and creating the simplest, most effective platform for college coaches to evaluate who your athlete is and easily be able to connect with him/her accordingly.  

Please understand we are not some "come one, come all" national telemarketing "recruiting" website that never seeks to meet you and doesn't really wish to hear much from you. We have been family owned and operated since College Promoters was created in 1997 and are now entering our 22nd year of business! We have represented well over 3,500 athletes to date and every athlete in our program receives multiple scholarship opportunities to compete at the college level. But we do this TOGETHER.

Don't be misled by one of the money-driven and online-based "warehouse websites" that enroll 20,000+ athletes every year. (Yes, you read that right... 20,000+ kids every YEAR!) Your athlete is already a needle in the haystack. Do you REALLY think college coaches are searching through 20,000+ "prospects" on a massive website looking for high school athletes to contact and recruit? Don't be fooled or be lied to. They're not. Coaches recruit athletes that they are informed about via their staff, through trusted services, businesses and individuals just like College Promoters USA. Coaches also recruit from their live, direct and in-person recruiting efforts at actual events, camps and combines. The key is already being on their radar before attending these events.
