This young lady is a Middle Hitter at always strong Mattoon H.S., competing in highly regarded play in Illinois. As a junior last season, Averie was a full-time varsity starter for the second year in a row (also started on varsity as a sophomore) and looks to continue to dominate at the prep level. As a freshman, Averie started on the JV squad and earned their "Most Improved" Award. On the club circuit, she runs with the loaded Rapid Fire VBC and is a force on the court.
