He's a PG who can control the tempo of the game, playing fast in transition or slowing down to execute in the half court. He can score at all levels, create opportunities for his teammates and has great vision. He's tough, he's coachable and he's a great teammate. Above all, he's a competitor and a winner!"

- Garrett Fitts (AAU Coach - UPTEMPO)

“Dawson is a very skilled player. He shoots the ball well with incredible range. Dawson’s greatest ability is his understanding of the game. Even as a freshman, coming up through the program, coaches would always comment on how smart a player he was. Dawson quickly grasps how we are trying to attack our opponents applying and adjusting the strategy at game speed. He is the leader on the court making sure everyone knows what we are doing. It is because of Dawson’s aptitude for the game that we were able to run more sophisticated stuff this year on defense and offense. He is truly a student of the game always looking at the philosophical aspect of why things are happening on the court.”

- EHS Coach Bruce Fischer
