This 2020 grad plays basketball at Arroyo Grande H.S., competing in California. As a junior this season, Gage will be on the varsity unit for the 3rd consecutive year. As a sophomore, Gage was the starting Shooting Guard on the loaded varsity unit, earned 1st Team All-League honors, and was named to the All-Tournament team at both the Atascadero & Taro Kobara Optimist tournaments. Playing his AAU ball with the highly respected 3Ball Academy since 7th grade, Gage is no stranger to elite competition and helped his squad win their division at the Bigfoot Hoops tournament in Las Vegas these past 2 years. Standing 6'2"-168lbs as a junior, Gage combines his smooth shot with his ability to dribble effectively with both hands and his leadership qualities on and off the court to have a BRIGHT career still ahead of himself at AGHS, with his 3Ball Academy AAU squad, and beyond. As a sophomore last year, Gage led the varsity unit in field goal percentage, 3 point percentage, points, and steals. He also ranked second on the team in assists behind their starting PG. While Gage has already proven himself on the basketball courts in both high school and AAU play to-date, he may stand even taller in the classroom. As a junior, Gage is carrying an incredible 4.5 GPA, finished his sophomore and freshman years ranked #1 in his class, is a member of the Honor Roll, and received the Academic Excellence Award.
