This young man plays football at tradition-rich Boerne Champion H.S., competing in highly regarded 5A play in the Greater San Antonio Area. As a senior this past season, Karson earned 1st Team All-District QB Honors for the second year in a row, and was also named 1st Team All-District for his play at Punter. As a junior, Karson was in all 3 phases of the game at QB, LB, and as their Punter en-route to his 1st Team All-District Honors. As a sophomore en-route to Champion's deep run in our 5A State Playoffs, Karson was instrumental to their success from his LB position on defense, and was equally as impressive as their starting Punter en-route to his All-State Padilla Poll Honors as well. Also receiving 2 separate Defensive Player of the Game awards, Karson proved early in the season that he was more than capable of competing against upperclassman without skipping a beat.
