This 2021 grad plays football at Taft H.S., competing in highly regarded District 28-6A play in the Greater San Antonio Area. As a senior this past year, Kyle earned 1st Team All-District Honors and was also selected to play in the San Antonio All-Star Football Game. As a junior, Kyle was a full-time starting Offensive Guard along the OL, earned the Offensive Big Player of the Week, and was dominant in the trenches. Most recently, he was named a Top 10 2021 OL Prospect in the San Antonio Area by Along The Wire. As a sophomore on the JV squad, he was a starting Defensive End. Standing 6'4"-270lbs as a senior, Kyle combines his aggressive style of play with his high football IQ and his ability to also play DE to have a BRIGHT future ahead of himself at THS and beyond. As a junior from his OG position, Kyle was credited with 40 pancake blocks and finished the season with a 95% gradeout on his blocking assignments. While Kyle has already proven himself athletically on the football fields at THS so far in his high school career to-date, he is also focused on keeping his grades up to reach his collegiate goals. As a senior, Kyle is carrying a solid 90.6% GPA, is a member of NHS, FCA, scored 1060 on his SAT, and is heavily involved in his church.
