Athletic Accomplishments

This 2020 grad plays football at Coronado H.S., competing in highly regarded District 1-6A play in the El Paso area. As a junior this past season, Ben was named the starting QB on the varsity unit by Week 2, where he quickly came in and made his presence felt under center and helped lead them to a 7-3 record and an appearance in our 6A State Playoffs. As a sophomore, he was the starting QB on the JV team. Poised for a massive senior campaign next fall, Ben is WITHOUT A DOUBT a young man to keep a close eye on!

Standing 6'2"-185lbs as a junior, Ben combines his strong arm with his high football IQ and his top notch leadership qualities to have a BRIGHT future still ahead of himself at CHS and beyond. Throwing for roughly 600 yards and 9 TD's through 4.5 games played before an injury shortened his season, Ben finished the year with a 109 QB rating and is looking forward to his final year of high school play next fall as a senior.

As a junior, Ben is carrying an excellent 3.93 GPA, including all AP/Pre-AP courses, ranks in the top 13% (93/700) of his graduation class, is a member of NHS, earned Academic All-District honors, and scored 1200 on his SAT.
