Athletic Accomplishments

This 2020 grad plays football at Oak Park H.S., competing in highly regarded OPUSD play in California. As a junior last year, Luka was a 2-way starter at both Defensive End and Tight End, where his diverse skill set was fully utilized on both sides of the ball en-route to his 2nd Team All-County Honors/Defensive MPV Award. As a sophomore, he earned All Canyon League First Team Honors for his play along the defensive line. Playing competitive football for 9 years, Luka is without a doubt a young man to keep a close eye on as an upperclassman!

Standing 6'1"-205lbs as a senior, Luka combines his aggressive style of play with his quick first step off the line of scrimmage and his versatile skill set to have a bright future still ahead of himself at OPHS and beyond. As a sophomore en-route to his postseason honors, Luka was credited with 23 tackles, 3 sacks, and 2 PBU's as a defensive lineman. He is going to make whichever college coach he winds up playing for down the line VERY happy.

While Luka has already proven himself on the football field at OPHS so far in his high school career to-date, he is also focused on keeping his grades up to reach his collegiate goals.
