This massive 2020 grad plays football at Antonian College Preparatory H.S., competing in TAPPS 2-5A play in the San Antonio area. As only a sophomore this past season, Devin was absolutely dominant. Playing both Running Back and Defensive End, he was a physical mismatch for anyone who lined up across from him. Due to his standout performance at RB, he was awarded All-District honors, was named the District Newcomer of the Year (in Football, Basketball & Track and Field!), and is poised to earn more post-season awards as an upperclassman! As a junior next season, he will be a DE/LB hybrid, where his explosive first step and aggressive style of play can really shine! Already standing 6'4"-230lbs as an incoming junior, Devin combines his brute strength with his high football IQ to have a BRIGHT future still ahead of himself at ACPHS and beyond. At RB this past season as a sophomore en-route to his All-District honors, Devin rushed the ball for 417 yards, averaged 8.56 yards per carry, and scored 5 TD's. He also caught 5 passes for 119 yards, averaged 24 yards per catch, and caught 1 TD as well. At DE, he was credited with 17 solo tackles, 2 assists, 6 TFL's, 2 sacks, 16 QB hurries and 1 fumble recovery.
