Most recently here in Texas, we're excited to be teaming up with Dr. Ernest Cutler and Darrell Thompson to help spearhead our growth into Austin and all throughout Texas. Coach Hector Cano has been a first-class addition to our team as our Director of Soccer and we continue to bring the best quality people, most passionate and professional leadership we possibly can to help continue our push into our 26th year in business as the most proactive, hands-on and effective recruitng service there is.

Dr. Ernest E. Cutler Jr., a native of North Carolina, has been involved within all aspects of football for over 30 years. His extensive background covers the “trifecta” of youth and high school football: Florida, California, and Texas where he led over 300+ student athletes within Football University (FBU) in 2016 & 2017 as a head coach and as the FBU regional team director for Team Southcentral Texas from 2018- 2021. He currently is an Executive Director of Stealth Sports, Co-owner of Pressure Sports Group, and the Co-Founder of the South Texas Elite Football Academy. Dr. Cutler served 20 years within the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer and currently works as a DoD Military Intelligence Financial Crimes Analyst for the United States Treasury Department, and an Adjunct Professor teaching curriculums within Leadership & Sports Management at the University of the Incarnate Word.

We're honored to be working alongside Coach Shaun Harris to help bring our system, service and support to many CA recruits from Orange County and all over the West Coast region!
An expert in recruitment and student-athlete pathways, Shaun Harris as a coach and technical lead at the international, professional and collegiate levels for two decades, Shaun Harris has won an MLS Cup, US Open Cup, Canadien Championship and International cups on 3 continents.
Harris has over 1050 athletes to move on to the collegiate levels, with 92 achieving professional contracts and 18 representing their countries internationally.
Harris most recently helped lead Cal Poly to its winningest ever season and NCAA and Big West tournaments consistently. Producing 14 student-athletes into professional contracts in his 3.5 years at Cal Poly with a 98% graduation rate.
Harris previously serving as a Performance and Technical Analyst with UEFA at the 2018 Russia and 2014 Brazil FIFA World Cups. In that capacity, Harris also worked at the 2012 UEFA European Championship in Poland and Ukraine, the 2004 edition in Portugal, the 2013 U-21 UEFA Championships in Israel and the 2013 U-17 UEFA Championships in Slovakia.
Prior to his UEFA tenure, Harris was the head coach and technical director at Capital City FC (Ottawa, Ontario). As part of a ten-season tenure within the professional game, Harris was responsible for the club's day-to-day operations and helped Capital City FC to first-division promotion in Canadian Soccers professional landscape as then moving into NASL, USL and back into the CPL with new ownership.
As an IFD academy coach with Everton Football Club of the Barclays Premier League, Harris served as head coach of the U-23 and U-20 squads that competed in the United Soccer Leagues. Also an academy coach with Everton, Harris helped identify and scout players for the club throughout North and South America.
Harris started his professional career within Major League Soccer's LA Galaxy. A member of the technical staff, Harris helped the Galaxy capture the MLS Cup and U.S. Open Cup.
Before his MLS tenure, Harris worked with the United States Soccer Federation's National Development Program where he was responsible for technical, training and pre-match management of U-14 and U-15 squads. With the USSF, Harris also worked on two of the three FIFA World Cups hosted in the United States.
At the collegiate level, Harris has served as a Head coach, associate and 1st team coach over 11 seasons, achieving 9 postseasons in national or state tournaments at the NCAA d1, d2, NAIA and NJCAA levels.
Under Harris, 18 former players have reached Major League Soccer while a total of 92 players have earned professional contracts worldwide. Of the 92 players, 18 have earned caps for their respective national teams in eight different countries. Harris success at the collegiate levels is noted as one of the top recruiters of talent in the country. The success of his recruits and their future success within sport has been unprecedented nationally. We cannot wait to bring Coach Harris' expertise into our program!

Excited to officially announce our push into the state of Florida!
We're proud to welcome Miss Marie Berghaus to the team as our new Florida Recruiting Coordinator and also our National Director of Tennis!
Marie is a former college athlete that navigated her own recruiting process with very little support and guidance. Her perserverence through this process is one of the key things that drew us to her initially! Marie competed for & graduated from Erskine College in May 2020 with two Bachelor degrees. One in Business Administration and the other in Sports Management. Marie competed as an NCAA D2 student-athlete in tennis, cross country & track at Erskine, and went on to win the All-Conference award 3 semesters in a row! (Spring 2019 in Tennis, Fall 2019 in Cross Country & Spring 2020 in track) From there, Marie pursued higher eduation with Edinboro University in December 2022 and earned her Master's Degree in Business Administration, while also operating as the the Assistant Coach for Men's and Women's Tennis teams. She won the conference title with the men's program during those two years and made it to the NCAA National tournament round of "Sweet 16" in Orlando in 2022.
We're excited to have Marie on the ground in Florida and able to spread our local, hands-on message of nearly 3 decades now throughout her area while also getting to educate other athletes & families on the realities of this recruiting process and how to truly navigate through it successfully! Miss Berghaus is a quality young woman with a wonderful work ethic and sincere passion to help student-athletes navigate this recruiting process with our marketing, video and support system that delivers like none other in the industry!
